The Bio Bidet Ultimate BB-600 is no longer sold new by its manufacturer. As of November 2026, Bio Bidet lists the BB-600 on its discontinued products page and says discontinued models are not available for purchase or for warranty replacement. If you are shopping today, a current seat is the safer buy; if you already own a BB-600, Bio Bidet still offers some parts and repair guides.
This review is based on Bio Bidet’s own documentation, not on physically testing the seat (see our methodology). Because the BB-600 is out of production, Bio Bidet publishes far less about it than about current models. We describe only what the company still documents, and we point you to verified alternatives.

Is the BB-600 discontinued?
Yes. Bio Bidet’s discontinued products page lists the BB-600 under discontinued bidet seats, alongside models such as the BB-800, BB-1700 and Slim Two. The same page says those products are no longer available new or for warranty replacement, and suggests contacting customer service about replacement parts and options.
That matters if you see a BB-600 listed online. It may be old stock, open-box or used. You would be buying a seat the manufacturer will not replace under warranty, so weigh that against buying a current model with a full warranty.
What the BB-600 offered, according to Bio Bidet
Bio Bidet’s video library describes the Ultimate BB-600 as a seat designed with feminine cleansing in mind, using a self-cleaning dual nozzle made of germ-resistant material. Its nozzle replacement listing confirms the BB-600 used separate posterior and feminine nozzle tips, which is how it handled rear and front washing.
Bio Bidet’s repair guides for the BB-600 add a few more details about its construction:
- Side control panel. The housing guide refers to removing the side control panel, so the seat was operated from a panel on the seat itself.
- Dampers on the seat and lid. The guides cover replacing seat and lid dampers, the parts that slow the closing of a soft-close seat.
- Wired seat. Bio Bidet warns that replacing the seat involves wiring, so seat repairs are not purely mechanical.
Beyond those points, we could not confirm the BB-600’s wash modes, water heating method, dryer, power draw, dimensions or bowl sizes from Bio Bidet’s current site. Reseller pages list various features, but we haven’t relied on them.
Pros and cons
What we like
- Dual nozzle with separate posterior and feminine tips
- Nozzle tips and an installation kit are still offered by Bio Bidet
- Bio Bidet publishes repair guides for the lid, seat, dampers and housing
- Side control panel with no remote to lose
Things to consider
- Discontinued by Bio Bidet
- Not eligible for warranty replacement
- Full specifications are no longer published by the manufacturer
- Any unit for sale now is likely old stock, open-box or used
If you already own a BB-600
A discontinued seat isn’t useless. Bio Bidet still supports owners in a few practical ways.
Parts you can still get
- Nozzle tips. Bio Bidet’s nozzle tip listing includes the BB-600, with posterior and feminine tips sold separately. You choose your model when ordering.
- Installation kit. The company’s replacement installation kit is offered for the BB-600, which helps if you are moving the seat to a new toilet or replacing worn hardware.
Repair guides
Bio Bidet posts two BB-600 guides: one for replacing the housing and one for replacing the lid, seat and dampers. Both tell you to unplug the bidet, shut off and drain the water, and disconnect it before starting. They also say that if you are not comfortable doing the repair, you can contact Bio Bidet for a return authorization and send the unit to its service center.
Day-to-day care
Keeping an older seat clean extends its life. Our smart toilet seat maintenance checklist covers nozzle cleaning, filter checks and what to look for at the water connection.
When to retire it
Because warranty replacement is off the table, it helps to know when a repair stops making sense. Stop using the seat and unplug it if you notice water leaking from inside the housing, a damaged cord or plug, scorching smells, or a seat that heats unevenly. A small part like a nozzle tip or damper is worth replacing; problems with internal wiring or the control board are a good reason to move to a current seat with a fresh warranty.
When you replace it, use the new mounting plate, hoses and T-valve supplied with the new seat rather than reusing the old hardware.
Who it’s for
Realistically, the BB-600 today is only for two groups:
- Current owners who want to keep a working seat going with replacement nozzle tips, dampers or a new install kit.
- Buyers who find unused old stock and accept that the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.
For everyone else, a current model gives you a published spec sheet, a warranty and easier access to parts.
What to check before you buy
If you are considering a BB-600 listing anyway, confirm these points with the seller:
- Condition. Is it new in the box, open-box or used? A used bidet seat has been plumbed into someone else’s toilet.
- Shape. Make sure the listing matches your bowl, round or elongated. Our measuring guide shows how to tell.
- Warranty. Bio Bidet won’t replace a discontinued seat under warranty, so ask whether the seller offers any coverage.
- Hardware. Check that the T-valve, hoses and mounting plate are included. If they aren’t, Bio Bidet’s installation kit lists the BB-600.
- Power. Like other electric bidet seats, it needs a grounded outlet near the toilet. If you need one added, hire a licensed electrician.
